Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® is an OHMazing®, interdisciplinary yoga program in English, Spanish, and Sanskrit. We weave together the 8 limbs of yoga with original art, music, games, stories, and other sensory-integrated activities to promote flexibility, strength, balance, collaboration, civic and social responsibility, mindfulness, nutrition, and wellness on and off the yoga mat. Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® is endorsed by Andrew Weil, M.D. The instructor training can be counted toward Yoga Alliance RCYT or CEUs.
Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® is an official Registered Children's Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. The trainings you take with us (including past trainings) can be applied toward the 95 hour Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) credential. We have created 5 training modules that can be taken in any order. Completing 4 of the 5 modules equals the 95 hours for RCYT status. Please note that you must be working toward or already be a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) to receive the official RCYT status.
