The facilitators

Kai Ribéreau is a yoga teacher since 2007 and teaches in Germany. Although trained as a Jivamukti & acro yoga teacher he has developed his own flowing vinyasa style drawing from many traditions which allows him to teach from the heart in a loving creative manner. His journey with yoga began in 2002 at that time he was looking for a physical and mental balance to his intense triathlon training. He trained at that time for the pinnacle of triathlon, the Iron Man. In 2005 he took part in an hour of Jivamukti teacher David Live and so found his yogic home. In 2005, the teacher-training followed with Patrick Broome and Sharon Gannon. In 2008 he also began with Acro-Yoga with Jason Nemer and completed his training for back & joints Yoga with Tom Beyer in Berlin. In 2009, he deepened his knowledge of the human body through several Thai massage courses. Now he combines his deep love for thai massage with yoga & travels all over to teach & assist Thai massage courses & he is a father of two.

Helen Say: With 16 years dedicated practice to yoga and experimentation with a range of styles and teachers, Helen sees yoga as a tool for expansion and freedom in every aspect of life – both on and off the mat. Drawing from an Anusara background she uses principles of alignment combined with devotional flow to create an eclectic, unique mix to push boundaries and infuse students with her contagious playfulness and joy. The discovery of Thai massage was a life-changing moment in respect to mindful sacred touch when both adjusting students and offering healing treatments in dynamic Thai massage and Osteothai. She is an on-theroad yogi, often found with her therapeutic singing bowls, chanting to invoke the power of the Divine Goddess. Jai Ma.
