Seasonal Sensations Certification Program
32.5 hour certification program for yoga teachers, health professional and students (CE Credits available* see below)
Our lives are connected to the forces of nature and the universe; from the beginnings of spring to the heights of summer, the fall of autumn to the depths of winter. However, oftentimes we feel quite disconnected and are not living in rhythm with the seasons. Through our yoga practice and simple lifestyle changes, we learn to reconnect to nature and make the most of each season.
In this program, you will learn/experience: • The organs associated with each season and the corresponding meridian or energy pathways • Specific asanas associated with each season (individual & partner work) • Seasonal yoga sequences for your own teaching or personal practice (both Yang & Yin Practices) • Pranayama (breath work) • Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage techniques • Seasonal Yoga Nidra • General lifestyle and dietary suggestions

You will receive a Seasonal Sensations certificate upon completion of the program.
