A whole weekend of yoga bliss:

Hatha Yoga: Open yoga classes for all levels. Both beginners and advanced students will enjoy the harmonious flowing unique style of Yogi Hari’s approach to Hatha Yoga.

Meditation: Introduction and silent meditation. Move towards the state of highest concentration and creativity by turning the mind inwards into silence.

Mantra Chanting: Chanting is the repetitive singing of mantras. It is an effective and beautiful method to concentrate the mind and to purify the heart.

Nada Yoga: The path of Divine vibration. Rhythm and melody is common to everything in nature. The human voice is a powerful instrument to tune into the beauty of being and to connect to our higher Self.

Jnana Yoga: Yoga philosophy. An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of theory, but practice should be done with proper understanding and purpose. Yogic philosophy is directly applicable to our daily life and spiritual practice.

Karma Yoga: The path of action, being of service (in this case, helping out with small tasks in the kitchen, cleaning, etc)
