	We are excited to invite you to join us at Techny Towers Conference & Retreat Center on August 16th, 17th & 18th for our 2013 HYMTA Retreat. This year’s theme is Explore Yoga Nidra – Gateway to Samadhi. Our guest speakers will be Swami Ritayan Bharati and Swami Radha Bharati. Swami Ritavan is a meditator and disciple of Swami Veda. With assistance by Swami Radha, he will lead our annual retreat this year to introduce to us the philosophy and practice of Yoga Nidra.
