Panachakarma is prescribed for both, the healthy and the unhealthy, and is considered to be the best therapy for curing and preventing diseases, as well as for the revitalization of the entire human organism and the enhancing of longevity of the individual. The Panchakarma process is incredibly powerful and effective and should be done only under the guidance of a trained and competent practitioner.

1. Ayurvedic pulse and other methods of evaluation will be done, and each participant will be treated according to his or her particular constitution. 2. Practices will include yoga, meditation, oil massages, steam treatments, shirodhara, nasya, vamana, basti, special diet and daily consultation with Leela Mata, all of this in the loving and supportive environment of the ashram. 3. Diet and lifestyle education will be an important part of the training so that the student can continue his or her healing at home. 4. Participants will leave rejuvenated in body, mind and spirit.
