What past clients have said about this weekend...

"The weekend was wonderful, I still think of it every day since and feel so very relaxed and happy. You did a great job of organising it, the team of people were so lovely, such a great bunch. Phill’s skills and expertise made everything seem exciting and possible out on the bikes, and I LOVED your yoga classes, I am still feeling the benefits of those for sure. And the venue was v nice - outdoors and indoors! Absolutely stunning scenery and Sian and Daffyd looked after us so well.. Sian’s cooking was top notch." Layla "I had a really great weekend. I was looking forward to the yoga and truth be told a little nervous about the mountain biking. I think those nerves probably increased a little with the descriptions of what we'd be doing on the Saturday. BUT, both you and Phil were absolutely excellent tutors. Had you told me before going that I'd be mountain biking on a range of challenging terrain - at some speed - I wouldn't have believed you. I did and I really enjoyed it. That is a testament to the guidance and skill of those who were looking after us." Dafydd What's included in the price?

What to expect.

You can arrive at the venue anytime from 4pm on the Friday. The Yoga session will be from 6 - 7.30pm and is just down the road at Coed Y Brenin visitor centre (its worth a few minutes in the car for the views and the yoga space!) We eat afterwards and have a discussion about the next days activities and what to pack etc.

Saturday starts with breakfast and getting out on the bikes - we ride into Coed Y Brenin Forest via the Sarn Helen which is an old Roman road offering views across the Rhinogs to the West and North to the Snowdonia range on a clear day. Once we get to Coed Y Brenin we have a play on the skills area and then head out to ride one of the trails - starting with a Blue route and progressing onto a red route and for the more confident maybe a black route!

Saturday afternoon will be riding back to the accommodation for hot showers and cake before a nice long post ride yoga session which will include elements of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative (think Bolsters and loveliness). After that we head back for a well deserved meal and maybe a glass of wine or two before relaxing in front of the woodburner...

Sunday is more about the wild riding and putting the skills you have learnt on Saturday into practice. We head out on a ride a few miles drive from the accommodation which gives us views over Cader Idris and the Rhinogs and takes us out into the wilds of Wales. We head back in time for a light lunch followed by the final post ride yoga session before people head home. We aim to finish on Sunday by 4pm to give you a chance to get home at a reasonable time, hopefully inspired to do more Yoga and get out on your bike more!
