This is wonderful course to bring a Spiritual practise into your life and to learn ways to understand and work with your natural abilities and to take care of your energy. This course is four weekly classes held on a Thursday from 7pm - 9pm. On the first week you will learn Pure Meditation Foundation along with some energy care tools to give you a daily practise of meditation, so that you can develop your own inner Peace and self mastery. The following weeks there will be more in depth teachings of the practise along with relaxation techniques, including visualisation, posture and breath awareness. This course can also be a step towards the in depth Pure Meditation course and includes a beautiful course book and handouts.
