Our teacher trainings are designed for those looking for a profession that offers the opportunity to help others and for those who only seek to delve deeper into knowing themselves. The Teacher Training is directed by Hargobind Singh who lived and studied directly with Yogi Bhajan over 34 years. He has been directing Teacher Trainings in Spain, Europe and Latin America for the last 20 years with an open, free and challenging style and has graduated more than 1000 teachers.

-Kundalini Yoga students -Students and teachers of other yoga styles -Anyone wanting to work on themselves and deepen their understanding of their yogic practice

Kundalini Yoga in the Teacher Training: A combination of physical practice and theory. The techniques of Kundalini have been used over centuries to extract from the inner self of man the ability to understand who he is and what he is capable of doing. The uniqueness of the practice is that it addresses the demands of modern society – full of information and stimulus – allowing us to achieve balance between work and home, manage stress effectively, maximize our creative capacity and understand, perhaps a little clearer, exactly where it is we are headed as individuals. The practice of Kundalini Yoga helps purify and improve the workings of the body –its organs and glands– and help you define priorities through meditation and mindfulness techniques. The teacher training provides a physical technology in its maximum expression, which leads to a connection with our deepest inner self.

The training is based on three solid principles: 1) Kriya – Action, energy. We work on the physical part of you changing your energy levels. If you can feel that what is happening inside of you is different, healthy; you will automatically react positively and creatively with new ideas and resolve.

2) Sunia – Listening. Meditation is the art of listening to what is happening inside of you. It is concentrating on vital issues such as the way you feel, your inner drives, what happened yesterday and what can happen today. It is the process to live in the “here and now”.

3) Shanti – Peace. Shanti is entering into the “flow”. Perceiving movement and the natural laws of the universe which are all around us. It is about “stilling” the mind and finding that creative place within yourself. Where self-love starts and our capacity to love and have concern for others. It is where we all want to go no matter what it is that we do in life.
