Yoga with Perumal is the blend of various yoga styles, systems and ideas that have been combined to flow together. Perumal has drawn on his many years of yoga experience and has developed a dynamic progressive fusion yoga that is made up of 6 parts and is ever evolvine. The 6 parts act as an underlying foundation for your yoga practice and cover pranayama, preparatory, salutation, strength, stretching and meditation. Each part follows in the order listed and each one acts channel to the other. The goal is to connect to the hidden aspects of yoga and discover your own practice. Yoga classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to those who regularly practise and lessons will be tailored to suit your level as group are small.
What will you learn on the yoga retreat? You will learn how to settle into a yoga practice , Let go of the outside world , open & clear the breath, detoxify sinuses, know about joint safety, move synovial fluid, warm up the core, unite breath and movement, aligning skeletal system,relieving constipation, detoxifying the body, preparing the fibers for deeper stretching, relieving muscle tension, freeing spinal tension, accomplishing and enabling meditation, chakra related pranayama, asana and meditation, how pain can be caused and avoided in yoga, traditional student teacher perspectives, learning to recognize signs in order to follow a path of enlightenment.
About the Teacher: • Perumal Koshy is Indian, he grew up between New Delhi (India) and Los Angeles (USA) • Perumal has been teaching since he was 12. Background in yoga & martial arts. Perumal’s teaching career began under his Kung-Fu master during his teens while living in Los Angeles. After ten years of practicing and instructing martial arts a yoga master approached him. "You will teach yoga," said the master, thus began Perumal’s journey of inner discovery through this ancient discipline. A journey that has taken him through South East Asia, Europe, North America and North Africa whereby Perumal has been able to capture the essence and benefits of the world’s many yoga styles and forms, leading him to develop “Dynamic Progressive Fusion Yoga.” • Perumal frequently writes for Yoga Journal Italy, Esprit Yoga France and other international publishers

Included in the prices: • Twice daily yoga sessions (minimum 2 participants). Morning yoga sessions start at 8am and finish around 9.30am. Evening yoga sessions start at 5.30pm and finish around 7pm • A hearty breakfast each day served in the Keidal tent after your morning yoga class • A delicious dinner each evening at the Riad (dinner served from 7.30pm) • A transfer from Marrakesh airport (please advise us of your exact arrival and departure details in advance to confirm the transfers) • Wi-Fi internet access • Yoga mats are provided although you are welcome to bring your own • On the 7 night retreat we offer one hammam with scrub and 1 massage

Free Time • If you feel like moving from the comfort of your of the gardens and pool, we recommend a visit to Marrakech • Here you can explore Marrakech’s maze covered market streets, souks, Medinas and museums and take in the sights, sounds and smells of this exhilarating city • A car can be organised for you by the resort (extra cost) to drive you to the city centre for sightseeing • A horse riding excursion in the stunning region, golf, moutain biking, quad and buggie tours, hiking in the Atlas Mountains and hot air ballon rides could be arranged on a daily basis (extra cost) .
