Yoga Synergy Courses are run over a 4 week period. Spend this time learning a fantastic series of Vinyasa Yoga that will greatly enhance your regular practice or that you can practice on your own. Commit to a regular practice twice a week as we move through the seasons: Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring.

Each yoga course takes the time to explain and experience in great detail the Synergy Sequences, (designed by Australian physiotherapist yoga teachers Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss). They are progressive yoga training courses put together for western bodies and minds. The practice builds up to a flowing, meditative and delightfully silent group yoga practice to music.

The Beginner Courses are open to those who are new to yoga, or new to YogaSynergy. For the duration of the course we cover the important and fundamental aspects of the YogaSynergy Method, taking time to explain these aspects in the kind of detail we are unable to in an open class.

The Intermediate Courses are open to those who are more experienced yoga practitioners. The course covers in detail the important and fundamental aspects of intermediate to advanced asana and pranayama of the YogaSynergy method. An absolutely unforgettable journey. Spaces are limited.

FIRE SEQUENCEeginner: Beginner Course: 29 June – 25 July - ZAR 690 Intermediate: 21 July – 13 August - ZAR 990 The 3rd sequence is designed to be a heating dynamic energizing practice during the cold winter months. Within our bodies, the fire or energy binds the atoms together. It creates the impulses of nervous reactions, our feelings, and even our thought processes. The intention with which we practice this sequence is to generate the internal fire, to boost immunity and maintain vitality through the coolness of winter.

AIR SEQUENCE Beginner: 1 – 29 September Intermediate: 1 – 29 October Air is the fourth sequence, designed to lighten the body and spirit as we move out of the winter and into the spring. Air is the second lightest element next to ether, in that we can perceive it both visually, and tactilely. The intention with which we practice this sequence is to move the stale energy of winter, and bring a lightness to the being, increasing mobility and movement through all our systems.
