CYT is unique. It is different from traditional, chair, gentle and restorative Yoga. It is different from anatomical and physiological Yoga therapy and other mind-body therapy programs. CYT integrates the high standards of traditional Yoga with creative arts, sensitivity training, cultural diversity and PLAY as a way to successfully and on-goingly address the challenges in medical, educational, community and spiritual contexts where there is great need and huge potential for burnout. This training is for those wanting to deepen their understanding, and skills for sharing Yoga in situations that may, at first, seem incredibly challenging and off-putting. It's for those who are motivated to think, train and follow through a bit "outside the box". CYT is for anyone who wants to cultivate a more creative, insightful approach to teaching and caring. One need not be an accomplished artist or performer to participate in this training.
