Experience connection, trust, and play! Yoga Two-gether™ is an exhilarating and joyful event. It is a fun and creative way to get to know your partner on the mat.

Experience a coordinated effort of deepening your own poses while assisting your partner. Together, you will learn the essentials of partner work: trust and support, a gentle push and pull, and balance and counterbalance that goes into creative and safe partnering.

Yoga Two-gether™ incorporates a full range of postures, including forward folds, back bends, twists, side bends, standing poses, sitting poses, and balance challenges. You will flow together from one pose to another, in a sequence of up to sixty poses. The choreography is easier than other partner Yoga methods, as both practitioners execute identical poses throughout the flow. We will also explore the joy and depth of partner meditation.

Beginners and people with limited flexibility—as well as experienced yogis seeking a new challenge in their Yoga practice—will find joy and adventure in YogaTwo-gether™.
