Friday 8/5 Candlelight Yin Yoga class

Yin Yoga is a practice much needed in today’s crazy busy world. It offers us a way to leave behind our ideas of how we should be, and return to our true selves, where all lasting healing takes place. The main differences between a yin and yang practice are that yin postures should be done with the muscles relaxed and be held a long time. Yin Yoga is specifically designed to address the tissues discusses in the Modern Meridian Theory, which states that the meridians of acupuncture theory are currents flowing through the connective tissue of the body. That’s why Yin Yoga can also be called ‘acupuncture without needles’. Yin Yoga addresses the deeper spiritual dimension of yoga.

Join Nadine, in this special candlelight yoga class where you can relax and surrender with what is. You will be guided in different asana's and each pose will give you the opportunity to explore, a journey inside your body.

When we breathe well, we create the optimum conditions for health and well-being.

In reclaiming the fullness of our breathing we also reclaim many other dimensions of our lives.

Did you ever asked yourself the question: Am I breathing the right way? Take a moment now and bring your awareness to your breathing…. Do you breathe in your belly or more in your chest? Is your inhale longer than your exhale? Are you breathing deeply and fully? Or do you feel tension in your body? Breathwork is a unique experience for everyone and one of the most natural and most effective self-healing systems on earth.

Your breathing pattern is a good indicator of where in your body there are blockages. At least one study has shown that we release about 70% of toxins through our breath, demonstrating the importance of the exhalation aspect of the process. Some of those toxins may be in the form of toxic thoughts, emotions and beliefs which you can release by conscious breathing during a session. The Breath Journey wants to make you aware that you have the most powerful, natural, self-healing tool inside your own human body.

The breath has been used by many different ancient cultures as a means to enter another consciousness-level while staying aware in the present moment. By breathing an open, healthy and connected breath our bodies naturally begin to release physical tension and surface levels of stress. Then, as our bodies relax and our breath becomes deeper and we learn to physically relax the exhale, we find that this type of breathing has the capacity to release deeper emotional and mental patterns as well. After breathing away these layers, we can relax and surrender to re-discover our True Self. Most of all, we want to re-connect with your natural breath flow. This will make you feel more grounded, balanced, open and present. The Breath Journey is for everybody since we all benefit from additional oxygen. The question is: Are you ready for change? Sunday 10/5 Raw Cacao Ceremony & 5 Element Dance

In a cacao ceremony you will experience the heart opening magic of cacao!

You will be welcomed in a space where you can leave all your today’s sorrows behind. Together we will form a circle and drink the cacao together, while we set an intention for our dance. Continuing the journey by dancing through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether we learn to re-connect to our bodies, open our hearts and celebrating life!

The cacao will be served in a ceremonial dose, which will be prepared with water. Additionally honey, coconut milk, chili and other herbs might be added. The 5 element dance is similar to the popular 5 rhythms dance, created by Gabrielle Roth. However, in this dance we will focus on connecting to the elements and moving through them, guided by a dance facilitator.

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself, feel free, express yourself fully and open your heart.
