Laurie Ellis-Young and Liz Anema... both known for their fun-loving and dynamic personalities, compassionate hearts and competent teaching skills— are teaming together for the 4th annual autumn retreat. Instructing with an eclectic, joyous and meditative approach, they each draw from a wealth of credentials, experiences and talents in teaching yoga and a myriad of wellness practices from both ancient and contemporary traditions.

As founding director of Breathe The Change and co-founder of the non-profit BreathLogic®, Laurie is a pioneer in breathwork being implemented globally as an empowering and healing modality. She is impassioned by the potential of breath awareness to transform people's lives.

Exuding positive energy, Liz Anema, the studio director of The Marsh–A Center for Balance & Fitness in Minnetonka, shares her passion for fitness and well-being practices including Tai Chi, Qigong, Kripalu Yoga, Nia and many styles of dance. Her repertoire of talents evokes each individual to come more alive in their own bodies.
