She offers a space where women can feel calm, supported and informed throughout pregnancy and birth. Pregnancy massage can help women find comfort through the transition to motherhood and can be hugely beneficial to both mother and baby during each of the trimesters. Her treatments are deeply relaxing and restorative, leaving you feeling nurtured, nourished and revived.

Dominique Sakoilsky - Active Birth Workshop Dominique has worked in the arena of birth and parenting with great passion for over 20 years. Her enthusiasm for supporting families has led her to work and train in varied related areas, including Relate, Family Counselling, Craniosacral Therapy and Yoga, and this has informed much of the work she does. She has a private practice at the Cairns Clinic in Bristol and also at the Relaxation centre. Dominique co-founded Relaxed Birth and Parenting in 2007, wanting to find ways to support families and pregnancy beyond my classes. She has two grown up sons and one teenage daughter.
